HOW TO TAKE IT: Package directions advise taking 2 to 3 capsules 3 times per day with water.
WHAT IS IT SUPPOSED TO DO: The psyllium, glucomannan, apple pectin, guar gum, and oat bran create a feeling of fullness; the chromium and gymnema reduce cravings for sugar and carbohydrates; and chitosan absorbs fat.
COMMENTS: The fiber ingredients-psyllium, glucomannan, apple pectin, guar gum, and oat bran- probably are very effective as a laxative, but only if you drink at least 64 ounces of water daily when using this product so as to promote removal of the fiber. Using stimulant laxatives, nevertheless, is not a powerful or safe technique for losing weight. Chitosan has been shown to be an ineffective product. If you have diabetes and are taking insulin or any antidiabetic medications, talk to your physician prior to taking this or any product that contains chromium. Chromium is able to lower insulin resistance, modify the type or amount of medication required to control diabetes, and alter the frequency with which blood-sugar tracking should be done.

WHAT IS IT SUPPOSED TO DO: The producer states that Fat Trapper encompasses the fat in the foods which you eat and binds the fat together so that it can’t be consumed by the body. It is then eradicated in the stool. The pyruvate in Exercise in a Bottle promotes metabolism while garcinia cambogia suppresses appetite, chromium picolinate suppresses cravings, and ginkgo helps the cells function more efficiently. The Enforma System comes with a twenty-four-page booklet on eating and working out that needs to be adopted if you want to see results. The Enforma System is marketed as being for people with busy lifestyles. It says he will increase the activity of muscle cells, enabling them to burn body fat.
COMMENTS: The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) settled a $10 million law suit with Enforma in 2000 over fake advertisements claims made by the maker about Fat Trapper. Because of the settlement, Enforma cannot say that its chitosan product (1) helps prevent the absorption of fat in the body system; (2) allows individuals to slim down without needing to exercise; and (3) makes it possible for people to slim down and continue to keep eating high fat foods.
For those who have diabetes and are taking insulin or any antidiabetic drugs, they should be talking to their physician prior to taking this or any product that contains chromium. Chromium is able to lower insulin resistance, modify the type or quantity of medication needed to control diabetes, and alter the frequency with which blood-sugar monitoring should be done. WHAT IS IT SUPPOSED TO DO: Chitosan reportedly absorbs fat, and garcinia cambogia (HCA) blocks the conversion of carbohydrates to fat and suppresses the appetite. Both rna huang (ephedra) and kola nut stimulate metabolism. It is uncertain whether the proprietary ingredients are present at levels sufficient to be effective.
COMMENTS: This product contains ephedra, which has been linked with serious side effects, including death. It also contains chitosan, whose proposed benefits are under scrutiny. Do not take-ChitoGenics if you have heart problems, thyroid disease, diabetes, or are allergic to shellfish.
